I was specifically looking for a therapist that provided specialized massage treatment for exercise induced muscular pain but could also tie in treatment for work induced muscle fatigue and strain. So, in other words, a functionally specialized focused treatment and relaxation massage. Aaron is very adept at functional massage or using movement and stretching of limbs to help release muscle tension and fatigue. His in-depth knowledge of the body’s muscular and structural system allows him to manipulate and release tense muscle fibres and fascia thereby improving overall body mechanics for either sport or laborious work.
